This fully automatic mask making machine consists of a set of plane mask machines and two sets of mask ear strap welding machines. It automatically completes the process of edge folding / wrapping, quantitative cutting / positioning of the nose bridge, and then transfers the mask to two through the conveyor belt. The external ear hook machine uses ultrasonic waves to weld and shape the ear hook, count, discharge and package the final product.
The servo and constant temperature control system used by the machine controls the material operation through a computer PLC program. The entire production process is fully automated. It is easy to operate and greatly improves production capacity. It produces more than 120 per minute. The disposable three-layer masks produced are made of two layers of non-woven fabric and a filter middle layer (melt-blown fabric), which has filtering properties and can prevent bacteria up to 99%.
